• Present at the meeting of incorporation were: Domenic Schiano (pastor), Gennano Ochuzzo (trustee), Raffale Francelle (trustee), John Filippelli (trustee)

• Original Church building cost $2,000 in 1923!

• Den Herder Bros. Builders 1957

• Parsonage Construction $8,000

• The land was donated by Gennano & Erminia Ochuzzo
